As of Tuesday night, Cain remained in the Cook County Jail.</p> <p>He told police he “found the victim dead in his home and put her body in a suitcase,” prosecutors said. Ferguson lived in the 400 block of West 125th Place.</p> <p>Cain was on parole for murder at the time of Ferguson’s death, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections records.
