Sanders, of the 8900 block of South Mackinaw Avenue, was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital where he died at midnight, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.</p> <p>Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro declined to describe Ewing’s role in the 34-year-old man’s death. But, Alfaro said, about 11:10 p.m. Friday Sanders and at least one other man went outside after getting into an argument inside the home. In an ensuing exchange of gunfire, Sanders was shot to death, police said.</p> <p>Ewing, of the 3700 block of West 119th Street, was also shot in the dispute and was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital for medical care, police said.
