Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County from multiple gunshot wounds, authorities said. The death was ruled a homicide.</p> <p>A 25-year-old man in the passenger’s seat survived a gunshot wound to the armpit and a broken jaw suffered in the crash, prosecutors said.</p> <p>Police recovered seven shell casings from the scene, according to court documents.</p> <p>Witnesses identified the shooter as “Lil Charles,” and police issued a warrant for his arrest, prosecutors said. Police learned Moore, 18, was back on the South Side and arrested him Tuesday, authorities said.</p> <p>Moore, of the 300 block of East 68th Street, was charged with one count each of first-degree murder and attempted murder, police said.</p> <p>On Thursday, Judge Laura Sullivan ordered Moore held without bond, said Cook County State’s Attorney’s office spokeswoman Lisa Gordon.
