A 19-year-old man pulled out a handgun and shot the victim twice in the chest before running away.</p> <p>Dionte Maxwell, of the 8400 block of South Marshfield Avenue, was taken to Jackson Park Hospital, where he died at 11:53 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.<br /> <span id="more-829"></span><br /> Charles Southern, 19, of the 1100 block of South Vernon Avenue, was charged with first-degree murder, armed home invasion, attempted home invasion and mob action, police said.</p> <p>Southern is scheduled to appear in bond court Monday.</p> <p>The two 16-year-old boys were also charged with first-degree murder, armed home invasion, attempted home invasion and mob action, police said.</p> <p>The teen boys were expected in bond court Sunday.</p> John CarpenterSun, 02 Jun 2013 22:10:43 -0500http://homicides.suntimes.com/2013/06/02/three-charged-with-murder-in-shooting-death-at-avalon-park-party/Dionte MaxwellCharles Southern
