One of the suspects then pulled out a handgun and fired shots, striking Garcia under the right eye.</p> <p>Garcia, who lived in the 2800 block of South Millard, was dead at the scene, authorities said.</p> <p>Bond for Morales was set at $1 million Thursday, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office. His next court date is Dec. 29.
