He was also cited for various moving violations.</p> <p>The crash happened 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when the vehicle Marin was driving struck a 21-year-old woman’s parked car in the 6000 block of West Fullerton, police said.</p> <p>The woman was sitting in her parked Mazda Protege when it was struck by the speeding, westbound Honda Acccord, which had swerved into oncoming traffic, police said.<br /> <span id="more-12788"></span></p> <p>The collision made the Mazda jump the curb and strike a tree, police said.</p> <p>The woman and Marin, 23, were taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.
