Williams and his sister Adriana Williams had stopped at a memorial service for a friend killed hours earlier. About 4:30 a.m., officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 2500 block of West 46th Place and found 26-year-old Daniel Cordova unresponsive on the ground between two parked cars, police said.
