Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County less than an hour later, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.</p> <p>Nobody has been charged for the killing.</p> <p>Area North detectives are investigating if the shooting is gang related.</p> <p>Minutes earlier, 53-year-old Donald Hall was fatally shot in an apparently unrelated shooting in the nearby 4900 block of West Lake Street.
