Blackmanhttp://homicides.suntimes.com/2013/07/23/man-shot-to-death-in-west-pullman-garage/<p>A man was found shot to death in a West Pullman neighborhood garage Tuesday night on the Far South Side.</p> <p>Police called to the 11600 block of South Laflin Street about 8 p.m. found the body of 32-year-old Carl L.
