Craig Bannister | Homicide Watch Chicago news about Craig Bannisteren-usFri, 04 Sep 2015 21:17:04 -0500Craig Bannister dies three days after being shot in East Garfield Park<p><iframe src="" width="100%" height="350" frameborder=0></iframe><br /> <a href="">Craig Bannister</a> died Wednesday afternoon of injuries he suffered in an East Garfield Park shooting that left another man wounded early Sunday.</p> <p>The two men, 28 and 30, were standing outside about 4 a.m. in the 3300 block of West Walnut when someone walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.</p> <p>Bannister, 28, of the 400 block of North Central, was shot in the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died Wednesday at 12:04 p.m., according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
