Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.</p> <p>According to a police report, Morgan was caught on video holding a handgun and standing between two vehicles, apparently waiting for another vehicle to pass, when someone in the passing vehicle shot him in the head.</p> <p>Morgan fell to the ground, and someone came up to him, retrieved his handgun and fired at the shooter’s vehicle numerous times, according to the report.
