An unknown shooter walked out of a vacant lot about 5:45 p.m. Saturday and shot Price in the face, neck, torso and right arm, Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said. Price was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he died about half an hour later, authorities said.
