Duffie was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where she was pronounced dead two hours later.</p> <p>Prosecutors said the cousins were apparently arguing over the messy apartment they shared, and over Duffie's conduct around Graves' child. Graves was ordered held on a $1 million bond.</p> <ul> <li>In the other murder involving acquaintances, a 37-year-old was charged with fatally stabbing another man inside a Woodlawn neighborhood apartment where they were doing drugs with the victim's girlfriend Sunday morning, according to prosecutors. About 8:15 a.m., <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/suspects/jacob-shelton/">Jacob Shelton</a> got into an argument with 45-year-old <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/lucius-delaney/">Lucius Delaney</a> inside the older man’s home in the 6600 block of South Vernon, according to police and the medical examiner’s office.<br /> <span id="more-21803"></span></p> <p>Shelton used a knife to stab Delaney in the chest, authorities said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The attack stemmed from a domestic fight, police said. Shelton was arrested after the stabbing and faces first-degree murder charges. He is being held on a $2 million bond.</li> <li>In the week's final homicide, a northwest Indiana man died Sunday afternoon, after being shot multiple times Saturday night in Gresham. <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/taiwan-fox/">Taiwan Fox</a>, 18, was found unresponsive about 11:40 p.m. on the sidewalk in the 1100 block of West 81st Street with gunshot wounds to the back, neck and groin, according to police and the medical examiner’s office. Fox, of Gary, was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he died at 3:44 p.m. Sunday.</li> <li>A man was found shot to death earlier Sunday in Little Village. Just before 5 a.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired found 29-year-old <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/jason-balboa/">Jason Balboa</a> lying on the ground in the 2800 block of South Pulaski, according to authorities. Balboa had suffered gunshot wounds to the head and torso, and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about four hours later.</li> <li>A man was fatally shot early Sunday morning in the Lawndale neighborhood. Officers responding about 3:05 a.m. to a call of a person shot in the 2400 block of West Lexington found the 23-year-old man lying on the ground, suffering from gunshot wounds to the back, according to police. <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/rashad-xavier-collins-baker/">Rashad Xavier Collins-Baker</a> was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the medical examiner’s office. Officers spotted several people leaving the scene of the shooting and a foot pursuit ensued, police said. McBee suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead an hour later.</li> <li><a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/timothy-agnew/">Timothy Agnew</a> was killed and four other people, including a 13-year-old boy, were seriously wounded in a West Englewood shooting Monday night on a South Side block that was the scene of a similar mass shooting just over a year earlier. The group was standing in the front yard of a home at 8:50 p.m. in the 6700 block of South Winchester when another group walked up and started shooting, according to police. <p>Agnew, 28, was shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:18 p.m., according to police and the medical examiner’s office. A 13-year-old boy suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the right thigh and was taken in critical condition to Comer Children’s Hospital.</p> <p>A 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the left leg; and a 30-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the left leg and buttocks, were both taken to Stroger Hospital, according to police. Their conditions were stabilized. The fifth victim, a 34-year-old man, was shot in the right leg, right hand and shoulder, police said. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized.</p> <p>In August 2015, four men were wounded in a shooting on the same block, the Sun-Times Wire reported. And less than a week later, two teenage boys were shot on the same block. He lived in the 1300 block of South Lawndale Avenue.</p> <p>Officers spotted several people leaving the scene of the shooting and a foot pursuit ensued, police said.<br /> <span id="more-21723"></span></p> <p>Two people were taken into custody, but they were later released without charges being filed, police said Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.</p> <p>Yolanda Johnson, 39, said she and her 7-year-old son have lived on the corner of 15th and Christiana for about four years.</p> <p>“I’ve never seen anything like this before, it’s really scary,” Johnson said. “I’m glad I wasn’t outside when it happened.”</p> <p>She added that she had just gotten home from a friend’s house and was taking off her shoes when she heard at least five shots ring out on her block. When she came downstairs, she saw police establishing the crime scene with yellow tape outside her home.</p> <p>“This is really sad,” Johnson said. “Your kids can’t play outside in Chicago anymore. This stuff really needs to stop.
