http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/james-douthard/Latest news about James Doutharden-usTue, 25 Aug 2015 10:50:47 -0500http://homicides.suntimes.com/2015/08/25/james-douthard-fatally-shot-while-driving-in-austin/<p><iframe src="http://homicides.suntimes.com/api/v1/homicides/1188.html" width="100%" height="350" frameborder=0></iframe></p> <p><a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/james-douthard/">James Douthard</a> was shot to death while driving Austin on Sunday night.</p> <p>The 42-year-old was driving in the 1000 block of North Lamon about 8:35 p.m. when someone opened fire, striking him repeatedly, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office. </p> <p>He then crashed into a parked car.</p> <p>Douthard, of the 800 block of North Lawler, was dead at the scene, according to the medical examiner's office.
