Marquese Fleming | Homicide Watch Chicago news about Marquese Flemingen-usMon, 26 Sep 2016 14:27:21 -0500Police release surveillance photo of suspected shooter in the Sept. 18 death of Marquese Fleming in Old Town<p>By MITCHELL ARMENTROUT<br /> Chicago Sun-Times Wire<br /> <img src="" alt="Surveillance footage of a man suspected in an Old Town neighborhood shooting Sept. 18. | Chicago Police" width="279" height="300" class="size-medium wp-image-21074" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Surveillance footage of a man suspected in an Old Town neighborhood shooting Sept. 18. | Chicago Police</p><br /> Chicago Police have released a surveillance photo of a man suspected of a shooting that left <a href="">Marquese Fleming</a> dead and another man wounded nine days ago in the Old Town neighborhood.</p> <p>About 4 a.m. Sept. 18, the men, the 20year-old Fleming and a 30-year-old man were walking out of a fast food restaurant when someone opened fire in the 100 block of West Division, according to Chicago Police. The shooter then got into a Chevrolet Tahoe and drove away south on Clark Street.</p> <p>Both men were shot in the back and were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.</p> <p>Fleming was pronounced dead at the hospital at 4:55 a.m. that day, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He lived in the 100 block of North Larrabee. Brian Hopkins (2nd).
