His death was ruled a homicide.</p> <p>The other two men, who died at the scene, were driving home from college registration at the time of the shooting, relatives told Homicide Watch Chicago.</p> <p>The good friends, both 19, had planned to attend Parkland College in Champaign in the fall, relatives said.</p> <p>Salter’s aunt, the Rev.
