Dobyne</a> man was killed in a drive-by shooting Sunday afternoon in the South Chicago neighborhood.</p> <p>The 19-year-old was standing in the 8300 block of South Baker at 3:30 p.m. when a minivan approached, and someone got out and fired shots, police said.
