http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/quintana-love/Latest news about Quintana Loveen-usSat, 25 May 2013 14:17:16 -0500http://homicides.suntimes.com/2013/05/25/woman-shot-in-lawndale-last-weekend-dies/<p>A woman died Saturday after she was shot in the neck last Friday night in the Lawndale neighborhood.</p> <p>Quintana Love, 27, was one of three people shot about 11:25 p.m. May 17 in the 1200 block of South Kolin Avenue, authorities said.</p> <p>Police said the gunmen approached on foot and fired shots from an alley, but according to witnesses the victims were attending a party for a prom when a van traveling on Kostner shot through a gangway and shot the victims in the alley.</p> <p>Love, of the 1300 block of South Tripp Avenue, was shot in the neck and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she died at 12:10 p.m. Saturday, according to a spokesman from the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.</p> <p>A 38-year-old man was shot in the back and taken in serious condition to John H.
