His death was ruled a homicide.</p> <p>The other two men, who died at the scene, were driving home from college registration at the time of the shooting, relatives told Homicide Watch Chicago.</p> <p>The good friends, both 19, had planned to attend Parkland College in Champaign in the fall, relatives said.</p> <p>Salter’s aunt, the Rev. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County, according to the medical examiner’s office.</p> <p>On Wednesday, 19-year-old <a href="http://homicides.suntimes.com/victims/jonathan-garcia/">Jonathan Garcia</a> was shot in the chest during a fight outside the FoodSmart Urban Market at 2901 W. Armitage Ave. in Logan Square about 11:10 p.m., authorities said.</p> <p>Garcia, 19, of the 3300 block of West Palmer Street, died at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center less than 30 minutes later, authorities said. Franshonn Salter.
