She was pronounced dead at the scene.</p> <p>An autopsy did not immediately rule on cause and manner of death, but has since found that she died of a gunshot wound to the head, and ruled her death a homicide, according to the medical examiner’s office.</p> <p>The medical examiner’s office is still trying to identify the woman.
