Jovantay Alexander , 19, of the 1800 block of East 72nd Street, was discovered unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the face, in the 5400 block of South Laflin Street in the South Side Back of the Yards neighborhood He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said.
