Jimmie Ollie, 40, was charged with the first-degree murder of Scott Cartledge, who was found shot to death in the 1000 block of West 75th Street about 6:45 p.m. on May 29, authorities said.
Ollie, of the 1400 block of West 71st Street, was arrested Friday in the 100 block of Geneva Terrace in Round Lake Beach, police said.
