Uriel Quinones was shot to death in the Pilsen neighborhood late Tuesday.
A blue van pulled up alongside the 19-year-old as he walked in the 2200 block of South Oakley Avenue and someone inside opened fire about 11:30 p.m., police said.
Quinones of the 2300 block of West 22nd Street, was dead at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
