Owen C. Spears was fatally shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood Monday afternoon.
Spears, 22, was shot several times in the abdomen area in the 700 block of North Trumbull Avenue about 4:30 p.m. Monday, authorities said.
Spears, of the 700 block of North St. Louis Avenue, died at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Nobody has been charged for the shooting.
Area North detectives are investigating.
