A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in the South Shore neighborhood Thursday night.
Amari R. Sutton was found shot in the chest and neck outside in the 1400 block of East 73rd Street about 6 p.m. Thursday, authorities said.
Sutton, who lived on the block, died at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Nobody has been charged for the killing.
Area South detectives are investigating if the shooting is gang related.
