Amari Sutton, 16, was fatally shot April 23 in the South Shore community. Reader “Kendra S.” posted this about him:
I want to send my most sincere and heartfelt condolences to everyone that knew and loved him. My son knew him and his death is really bothering him. He stated that he had such a great sense of humor and he’s gonna miss that. There are no perfect words to say but, from one mother to another I’ll be lifting you and everyone else up in prayer!!!
