Hoosier, who lived in the 14700 block of Kilpatrick Avenue in Midlothian, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Dotson, who lives on the same block of the shooting, was ordered held on a $1 million bond Saturday, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office. He will next appear in court Monday.
