A man found shot to death Sunday morning in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side has been identified as Cordelro McGee.
Police responding to a call of an unresponsive person about 10:30 a.m. found the 27-year-old unresponsive inside a vehicle in the 100 block of North Parkside, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
McGee had been shot in the back and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
His home address was still not known as of Wednesday, according to the medical examiner’s office.
