Jesse M. Diaz was shot to death early Thursday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.
About 3:45 a.m., the 21-year-old Diaz was shot in the head, back and arm in the 12000 block of South Prairie, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Diaz, of the 12000 block of Artesian in Blue Island, was pronounced dead 15 minutes later at Roseland Community Hospital, the medical examiner’s office said.
