Dwayne Frazier Jr. was fatally shot Monday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.
The shooting happened in the 100 block of North Kedzie at 10:52 a.m., Chicago Police said.
The 18-year-old Frazier was shot multiple times in the chest and arm, and was driven to Mount Sinai Hospital, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Frazier, of the 2600 block of West Gladys, was pronounced dead at 11:17 a.m., according to the medical examiner’s office.
