Ronell Andrews was found shot to death in the street Monday night just about a block from his home in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.
About 9:20 p.m., officers responding to a call of a person shot found the 18-year-old lying facedown in the street in the 700 block of North Lavergne, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Andrews, who lived in the 600 block of North Lavergne, was shot several times in the chest and abdomen, and was dead at the scene, authorities said.
