Kiev Dobbins was found with fatal gunshot wounds early Sunday in the Brainerd neighborhood.
Officers responding to a call of shots fired about 2:25 a.m. found the 24-year-old Dobbins lying in a gangway in the 8900 block of South Laflin, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Dobbins, who lived a block away in the 9000 block of South Laflin, had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
