Juwan Kemp was shot to death late Tuesday while driving in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.
The 26-year-old Kemp was driving north at 11:27 p.m. in the 100 block of North Central, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Someone in a black SUV opened fire, striking him several times.
Kemp was shot in the head and body, and was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:42 p.m., authorities said.
He lived in the 10500 block of South Peoria in the Far South Side Washington Heights neighborhood.
