A man shot to death late Saturday in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side has been identified as 23-year-old Pier Charvell Minor.

About 11:40 p.m., Minor was sitting in a parked vehicle in the 5200 block of West Chicago. Two males then walked up and shot him in the head and chest before running away, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
