Deandre Robinson was killed early Monday in a shooting in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.
Officers responded about 2:30 a.m. to a call of a person shot in the 1000 block of North Lawndale. They found the 33-year-old Robinson lying face down on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the back, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Robinson, 33, of the Austin neighborhood, was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
