Arthur McGraw, a cousin of controversial Chicago rapper Lil Jay, was shot to death Monday night a few blocks from his home in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.
He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he died at 10:52 p.m., authorities said. McGraw lived in the same neighborhood.
Police responded at 10:10 p.m. to a call of a person shot in the 5400 block of South Bishop, and found the 23-year-old McGraw lying on the sidewalk, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
