David Kartzmark , 25, of River Grove, was found shot in the chest at 7 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of North Talman in Chicago. He was pronounced dead at 7:17 a.m. en route to Norwegian-American Hospital, according to the medical examiner’s office.
