A report in DNAinfo offers two accounts of Dwayne Duckworth, a 42-year-old Englewood man shot and killed Wednesday. Neighbors called him the “anchor” of his block, a man who went out of his way to help people. Police, however, say Duckworth had gang ties and sold narcotics.
