Dashawn Johnson was fatally shot in the Washington Heights neighborhood Saturday night.
Dashawn, 17, was shot in the jaw near his home in the 9300 block of South Ada Street about 7:25 p.m. Saturday, authorities said.
He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he died at 9:50 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Nobody has been charged for the murder.
Area South detectives are investigating.
