Darius Sept was shot to death early Saturday in the Morgan Park community.
Sept, 34, was shot in the abdomen in the 10900 block of South Racine Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, authorities said.
Sept, of the 1100 block of West 107th Street, died about five hours later at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Police said Sept was no cooperating with detectives after the shooting.
Nobody has been charged for the murder.
Area South detectives are investigating.
