John Hosey Jr. was shot to death Monday night while driving in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.
Hosey, 28, was driving at 9:24 p.m. in the 3500 block of West Grenshaw when he heard gunfire and felt pain, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He suffered gunshot wounds to the left arm, torso and back; and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:32 p.m., according to police and the medical examiner’s office. He lived in the 3900 block of West Fillmore.
