Mikel Maragh was fatally shot while sitting in a vehicle Tuesday afternoon in the River West neighborhood.
Maragh, 26, was inside a vehicle at 5:12 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Carroll when someone walked up and shot at him, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Maragh, who lived in the 2000 block of West Jackson, was shot in the head, and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:45 p.m., authorities said.
