Jabari H. Feazell was shot to death early Sunday during a fight in the Old Town neighborhood on the North Side, according to police.
Shortly after midnight, the 20-year-old known as “Fio” got into a fight involving two male suspects in the 1300 block of North Hudson, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
One of the others involved pulled out a handgun and opened fire, police said.
Feazell was shot in the head, and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said. He lived in Austin.
No one was in custody early Tuesday as Area Central detectives investigate.
