A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed in the Park Manor neighborhood Friday afternoon
Tommy McNeal was found shot in the back on the South Side about 1:35 p.m. in the 6900 block of South Vernon Street, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
McNeal, who was dead when police arrived on the scene, was found several blocks from his home in the 7200 block of South Rhodes Street, authorities said.
No one was in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
