James White was fatally shot at an Austin neighborhood gas station early Thursday.
White, 30, was at the station in the 100 block of South Cicero Avenue when a gunman walked up and shot him multiple times about 2 a.m. Thursday, authorities said.
White, of the 100 block of North Kostner Avenue, was unresponsive when paramedics arrived and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
Nobody has been charged for the killing.
Area North detectives are investigating.
