Terrell Foster was shot to death in the South Chicago neighborhood Friday afternoon.
Foster, 21, was standing on the street in the 8100 block of South Houston Avenue when a gray SUV pulled up and a gunman shot him in the head about 4:30 p.m., authorities said.
Foster, of the 8000 block of South Exchange Avenue, died at the scene, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Nobody has been charged for the killing.
Area South detectives are investigating.
