Alexander Colon was shot to death in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
Officers responding to a report of shots fired found 30-year-old Alexander Colon unresponsive on the back porch of a home in the 8800 block of South Wood Street about 12:30 p.m., authorities said.
Colon, who lived on the block, was shot in the chest and died at the scene, authorities said.
Nobody has been charged for the killing.
Area South detectives are investigating if the shooting was gang related.
