Kenneth Renaldo Brown shot to death Tuesday night in the South Side Englewood neighborhood, one of four men killed on primary election day in the city.

Brown, 31, was standing outside with a group of people in the 7000 block of South Morgan about 11:30 p.m. when several males walked up and someone opened fire, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Brown, of the 6000 block of South Paulina, suffered gunshot wounds to the eye, right arm and neck and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:21 a.m. Wednesday, according to the medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy found he died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide.
