Darrell Wilson was shot to death early Sunday inside a vehicle in the Lawndale neighborhood.
Officers responding to a call of shots fired in the 3200 block of West Douglas Boulevard about 12:25 a.m. found the 24-year-old unresponsive in a parked vehicle, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Wilson had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:48 a.m., authorities said. He lived in the 100 block of South Central Avenue.
